The client, this website and the theme gallery are all public. Issues tagged good first issue are a reasonable way in.

Where releases get discussed before they ship, and where a broken IMAP server gets sorted out fastest.
Themes
A theme is a set of CSS variables. Write one, export it, and it can go in the gallery.
Translation
Interface strings live in the repository. A new language starts as one file.
Security
Found something that should not be public? The policy has the contact and the disclosure window.
The client is Go with a Svelte interface in the system webview. Clone the repository,
install the Wails CLI, and make dev gets you a running window.
